After a long 10+ hour flight for LAX, we landed safely in LONDON.
Our home base for the next 10 days was The Marriott County Hall, along the Thames River. Located in front of the London Eye and across the river from Big Ben.
Due to the COVID pandemic still going on, we had to get tested after checking into our hotel. We found a clinic close by, and decided to go have dinner at our first traditional British PUB while waiting for our results. Luckily we were all NEGATIVE. We raised a pint and breathed a sigh of relief.
We also enjoyed our first Gin & Tonic night cap !
